Insurance/supplementary insurance for complementary medicine:
before your consultation, especially if it involves alternative medicine, please check your insurance status and find out from your insurer what they will reimburse.
We would ask you to collect any medications ordered within 14 days, as these medications are ordered specially for you.
You will also be charged for them, even if you have not collected them.
Up to 90% of the cost of your medications is covered by basic insurance.
Changes/updates are issued every month by insurers regarding reimbursement for medications.
Unfortunately, that means we are unable to guarantee that all medications prescribed by the Thalos Klinik am See will be paid for.
Vitamins, contraceptives and homeopathic remedies are not covered by basic insurance.
We are happy to answer any questions you may have.
Our practice does not provide refunds for any non-reimbursed medications.
All contraceptives must be paid for in case or via card.
Statement of fitness for work
The issuing of statements of fitness for work is not covered by health or accident insurance, so we would ask you to pay the CHF 10 fee in advance.
